We handle the rest
You bring the logo and the customers. We take it from checkout to doorstep.
Printing
Made to order by our print partner, usually within 2–5 business days. Nothing is made until it’s paid for.
Shipping
Shipped from facilities across the US, arriving 3–6 days after printing. Customers get tracking by email.
Checkout and sales tax
Secure checkout through Stripe, with sales tax calculated automatically.
Payouts
Connect your bank once. Your share of every sale arrives automatically on Stripe’s rolling schedule.
Misprints and damage
Misprinted, damaged or wrong? We reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery, at our cost.
Your storefront
Your own page at your-name.themerchcounter.com, in your colors and fonts, plus a listing on The Merch Counter marketplace.
Questions shops ask
- Do I have to buy any stock?
- No. Nothing is printed until a customer pays, so there are no minimums, no leftover boxes and no guessing sizes.
- Can I offer free shipping?
- Yes. Turn on included shipping and we add the shipping rate to each item’s price, so checkout shows shipping as free. Otherwise customers pay it at checkout.
- Can I sell designs other than my logo?
- Yes. Put any artwork you own the rights to on any product. We review shops and remove anything that uses someone else’s trademark or copyright.
- What about returns for the wrong size?
- Your call: final sale, or returns within 14, 30 or 60 days. You approve each request, and approved refunds come out of that sale’s earnings. Misprints and damage are always on us.
- Can I change things after I open?
- Anytime: products, prices, artwork and design. Returns-policy changes apply to new orders only.
