Shipping, returns and policies
Shipping
Every item is printed when you order it, so there is a production step before anything ships. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and delivery within the US typically takes another 3–6 days.
Shipping is charged at cost and calculated at checkout. Orders from different shops ship separately, because they are printed separately.
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the print facility.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund you in full — at every shop, whatever its returns policy. Open the link in your order email, choose “Report a problem or start a return”, and add a photo or two so the printer can see what went wrong.
Returns for the wrong size or a change of mind are up to each shop. Some shops are final sale; others accept returns within a window they choose and refund you in full, with nothing to send back. Each shop’s policy is on its own “Shipping & returns” page, on every product page and at checkout, and the policy shown when you order is the one that applies to your order.
Privacy
We collect what we need to fulfill your order: your email, shipping address, and what you bought. We share your address with the printing partner who ships your order, and your order details with the shop you bought from.
We do not sell personal data. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.
Terms
Your order is placed with The Merch Counter, which handles payment, printing, delivery and any refund. Prices are in US dollars and orders currently ship to US addresses.
Shops on The Merch Counter are independent businesses. They set their own prices and are responsible for the artwork they upload, including holding the rights to it. We review shops and their designs, and we remove anything that infringes someone else’s trademark or copyright.
Reporting infringement
If something sold here uses your trademark or copyright without permission, tell us and we will act on it promptly.
